Do you offer general dentistry, checkups, and dental cleanings?

Yes! All dental specialists must earn a general dentist’s degree before attending specialist’s training. Our team can provide “regular” dental services, like cleanings, fillings, crowns, and gum disease therapy. We also offer modern cosmetic dentistry procedures to brighten, straighten, and beautify smiles.

What are overdentures or implant-retained dentures?

Denture patients often have problems with dentures slipping out of place or fitting too loosely. This can cause embarrassment and discomfort. Our prosthodontists often recommend securing dentures to implants. Dentures secured by implants are sometimes referred to as overdentures. With overdentures, you’ll enjoy stable, reliable dentures, and you won’t have to use denture cream any longer.

How can I get a crown in one visit?

We use CEREC, Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, a computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system. In a single visit to Stamford Dental Center, you can have a custom, porcelain crown, inlay, or onlay designed, milled, and placed. No temporaries. No follow-ups. It’s that simple.

Can you straighten my teeth?

Yes. Adult patients who want to maintain a sophisticated image while correcting cosmetic misalignments can choose Invisalign clear braces. Our dentists work with a certified Invisalign lab to create custom, clear, removable orthodontic aligners. Simply wear your Invisalign aligners as directed, and in 6-18 months, you’ll enjoy a straight, beautiful smile.

Does Stamford Dental Group accept dental insurance?

Yes. We participate with Delta Dental and MetLife. If you have other dental coverage, as a courtesy, we will file your claim electronically, then bill the insurance company on your behalf. Please feel free to ask our receptionist how we can assist you with your dental benefits.

How can I pay for my dental care?

We accept checks, cash, and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you prefer to finance treatment, consider using CareCredit, a trusted name in patient financing that offers 0% interest for up to 18 months for qualified applicants. We also work with Chase Health Advance and CitiHealth.
